Terms

Terms of use.

The rules for using this website, in plain language. Last updated 30 October 2026.

These terms

Digital Legates ("we") runs digitallegates.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Paid work for clients is governed by the proposal or contract for that work, not by this page.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send spam or misleading information through its forms. Do not pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logo and code on this site belong to Digital Legates unless we credit someone else. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote a short passage with credit and a link back. Please do not copy whole pages or articles, or present our work as your own. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with the work we did for them.

Articles are general guidance

Our insights and service pages share how we think about marketing in India. They are general information, not advice for your particular business. Results such as rankings, traffic, leads and revenue depend on many things outside anyone's control, so nothing on this site is a guarantee of an outcome. Prices on the site are indicative ranges, not quotes. For advice on your own situation, send us a brief.

What you send us

Please make sure what you send through our forms is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send confidential information you would not want us to hold before an agreement is in place. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as tools, sources and client sites, because they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and may change or pause it at any time. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or about this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
